2. Delivery & Shipping
Processing Time + Shipping Time = Delivery Time
- Processing Time
- Most items are created and processed within 1–5 business days.
- Larger or custom orders may take longer (you will be notified if this applies).
- Some custom orders may also require a deposit before work begins.
- Shipping Time (via Australia Post)
- Standard Post: 2–8 business days
- Express Post: 1–4 business days
- These estimates do not include processing time and may be affected by postal delays, public holidays, or weather events.
Please note: While we carefully package all products, Light Creations is not responsible for any damages caused during transit.

- Standard Orders (161g–3kg): $15.00
- Bulk Orders (3.01kg–5kg): $22.00
- Large Parcels (Over 5kg): $33.00
Express Post
- Light Items (0–160g): $15.95
- Standard Orders (161g–3kg): $22.95
- Bulk Orders (3.01kg–5kg): $27.95
- Large Parcels (Over 5kg): $38.95

3. Returns & Refunds
